Rooted in Mexican and Indigenous healing practices, this work helps reconnect you to your mind, body, and spirit, guiding you forward with renewed clarity and strength.

A Limpia may be done at any time—whether you're moving through life transitions, feeling disconnected from your purpose, or simply needing to realign with your full energy potential. Each session begins with a platica, a heart-centered conversation to understand where you are and what you need. From there, I prepare a personalized ceremony using herbs, eggs, feather smudging, energy table work, and intuitive cleansing techniques to help clear blockages, break energetic cords, and restore balance within.

This is about realigning with the full spectrum of your energy—the harmony of the feminine and masculine forces working together to guide you forward.
