We understand life happens! Please make any cancellations and rescheduling 48 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment. For example, if you have an appointment scheduled for Friday, you have up to Wednesday to cancel/reschedule to avoid any cancellations/rescheduling fees.
-A 50% service fee which will be made to the card on file if the appointment is cancelled 48hrs before appointment.
-A 100% service fee which will be made to the card on file if the appointment is cancelled 24hrs before appointment (includes removal of each add on services).
For example, you book an appointment for 3 services: Brazilian, Brow Lamination, and a Lash Lift. At your appointment (or 24hrs before appointment) you decide you DO NOT want to receive a Brazilian and a Brow Lamination and only want to receive a Lash Lift. You will be charged 100% for both Brazilian and Brow Lamination due to loss of time.
-A 100% service fee which will be made to the card on file if there is a cancelation due to a 10 min late arrival or a no show.
Please send a courtesy text or call with your estimated time of arrival. Any clients arriving after 5-10 min may or may not have their appointment accommodated depending on the service booked. The desired result is not guaranteed for any late clients due to limited time. Client is still responsible for paying the full amount of the service.

A valid and physical credit card is required to book your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking but will be held in place for any inconvenience and cancellation fees. Payments will be accepted in cash, Zelle, Venmo or card.

No guests (including children) are allowed at any appointment.

The Naked Coast is located inside J.Moore Salon in Half Moon Bay. Please give yourself time to find parking on the weekends.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds for any service. Please contact me with in 48hrs. I am happy to help with the problem within that time frame.
-No refunds will be given for late cancellations and no-shows.

Aftercare

-We just altered the shape of your natural lash/brows. At the moment they are very delicate. I recommend no eye/brow makeup for the first 24-48hrs since it can affect the new shape.
-Depending on your hair cycle, lash/brow lifts can be rebooked within 6 to 8 weeks.
-Brush and Hydrate your brows with castor oil daily.
-Apply the brow mask/creme anytime you feel your brows need extra hydration
-Avoid water for 24hrs
-Avoid sleeping on your lashes/brows
-Be gentle with your lashes/brows (do not scrub). If you get them wet, pat dry.
-
-Do not shave, tweeze or trim in-between appointments.
-Use an exfoliator to exfoliate the area that will be waxed 24hrs before your next appointment.
-Avoid exfoliating the waxed area for 72 hours.
-Avoid rubbing, picking, or scratching waxed area.
-No hot showers/baths directly after wax.
-Wear loose clothing for a week to avoid friction that can cause irritation and ingrown hairs.
-Avoid excessive sweating (sex, gym, sauna, swimming pool) for 24 hours.
-Avoid sunbathing, sun beds, UV rays to avoid skin irritation and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation
-Prebook your next wax appointment 3-4 weeks from now. Hair should be 1/2 inch in length.
-Avoid shaving between wax appointments.
-Avoid applying makeup after a facial wax for 24 hours.
- Exfoliate every 2-3x a week.
-Moisturize daily .
-Stay hydrated.
FAQ- Waxing

-Gently exfoliate 1 day prior to your appointment. This will help breakdown and loosen up any dead skin cells around the base of the hair. Exfoliating will give smoother results.
-Take a warm shower or bath right before your appointment to open up the pores.
-Come in with loose clothing.
-Avoid caffeine and alcohol 24 hours prior to the appointment

The hair should be one fourth of an inch long or the length of a grain of rice which is typically three weeks of growth. If the hair is longer, just leave it, there is no need to trim.

-Yes you can! If you are receiving a brazilian/bikini wax come in with a clean tampon or menstrual cup.
- You may experience more sensitivity during your cycle but yes, this is totally normal and common.
-If you choose not to wax on your menstrual cycle please plan your appointments accordingly.
-If that time is unpredictable, please wait to schedule until after it is done to avoid having to cancel.

-Face/underarms every 3-4 weeks
-Bikini/Brazilian and all other body parts every 4-6 weeks

Yep, yes you can! Keep in mind you may experience a little more sensitivity when getting waxed.

Yes! You can also request to leave a little up top, but it’s totally up to you.

Yes!. External hemorrhoids are a lot more common than we think. Especially in women who’ve given birth!

-Yup...Of course you can! Please do not let this stop you! HSV1 and 2 is so common 90% of the population doesn’t even know they have it!
-If you are currently having a out break I suggest you wait until it heals. Once it has healed completely you can come in and get waxed.
-If you are a person that shaves and gets outbreaks because of it, waxing might be a better option for you.
-Also, keep in mind that if this is your first time waxing, small chances that it can cause an outbreak because of the the slight trauma to the skin (the hair pulling).
